Extended shackles replace factory rear leaf spring brackets to provide an easy 1 to 2-inch lift, enhancing ground clearance and vehicle stance. They utilize greaseable pins and durable bushings to maintain smooth articulation, improve suspension travel, and withstand heavy off-road use.

• Function and Purpose: Designed to replace the original factory shackles on rear leaf springs, providing an estimated rear lift of 1″ to 2″ (approx. 25mm to 50mm) to improve vehicle stance and ground clearance.
• Material and Construction: Manufactured from heavy-duty high-strength steel plates (typically 8mm to 10mm thick), laser-cut and featuring CNC-machined or welded pins to withstand heavy loads and extreme off-road use.
• Lubrication and Durability: Incorporates greaseable pins (with grease zerks/nipples) and heavy-duty polyurethane bushings to reduce friction, eliminate squeaking noises, and extend the service life of the assembly.
• Performance: Offers increased suspension travel range (extended droop), and in comfort-style versions, helps smooth out the response of the rear suspension compared to traditional rigid lift blocks.
• Installation Compatibility: Engineered specifically for vehicles with leaf spring rear suspension, such as the Toyota Hilux Vigo (2005–2016). Features a direct bolt-on mounting system.
