The main kit is manufactured from precision laser-cut 5 mm aluminum plates. Its multi-piece layout reinforces the driver- and passenger-side cabin floors, including interior and exterior floor sections shown in the technical drawings.

As shown in the photos, this kit is designed for a complete floor rebuild. It provides your HMMWV with a strong, durable replacement floor while offering added protection against rocks and debris from underneath the vehicle.
Installation Requirements:
* Requires a moderate level of mechanical ability and basic fabrication skills.
* Removal of all battery boxes, transmission control box, and seat base boxes is required.
* The original floor seat support beams must be retained.
* Installation requires a drill, appropriate drill bits, seam sealer, and rivets (not included unless otherwise stated).
* For a secure, permanent installation, seam sealer and rivets must be used.
